Vendors’ quality assurance
Sansar International Services Pvt. Ltd. takes into consideration the quality of the vendor while dealing with them. After receiving demand letter from the vendor, the company discusses about the requirement and categories. The company looks into the License, guidelines and chosen management system of vendor. After demand verification from the concerned embassies, the company accepts the demand letter through electronic mail or courier system. The company then goes over the demand letter with its management. After the final confirmation and verification of the demand letter’s authenticity, the company reaches to an agreement with the vendor and starts formal dealing with them.
Product quality management
After verifying the authenticity of the company and the demand letter, the company moves towards the recruitment of the workers. Before recruiting the workers, the company gets a pre-approval from the labor department of the country. After the approval, the company publishes open call for the workers through newspaper, notice boards, and social media. The company also publishes the open call in the DOFE website. The company also looks into its own database in search for the qualified candidates.
After receiving the application of candidates through the open call and company database, the company goes through them and screens them on the basis of the requirement by the vendor, experience of the candidate and qualification. The candidates selected from this stage are then interviewed by the company and experts. The company also takes practical test of the candidates if required. The final list of selected candidates is then interviewed by the authorized representatives of the vendor.
After the final selection of the workers, a complete medical examination is conducted at a government authorized medical centers. The detail and documents of the selected candidates are mailed to the vendor for further process if required. After final confirmation by the vendor, the visa process of the selected candidates is done as per the requirement of the destination country.
The candidates are then orientated about the life in receiving country, the rules and regulations to be followed there and culture by government authorized orientation center. After this, the company informs the vendor about the departure schedule of the candidates. The company also gives a detail orientation about the vendor, expectation, duties and salaries. The company then prepares a file with complete documentation for each candidate to carry it with them to the destination country. The company then drops the workers at the airport.
Sansar International also keeps the database of the departed workers and is in contact with them during the contract period.
